      Daleelii acts as a marketplace to allow users who comply with Daleelii's policies to offer, sell and buy certain goods in a fixed- price format. Daleelii is not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, Daleelii has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

          Don't provide similar listings for different products. The differences must be clearly in the title, product description, price, image, product ID, and specifications of a listing.

First, you must have the product in stock in order to list the product for sale in Daleelii.com :

• Select the appropriate category that exactly matches the product you are selling.
• Provide clear, honest and accurate description of the product.
• Listings may include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and videos that describe your product for sale.
• Provide reasonable prices to ensure successful sale.
• Always sell authentic spamming because they make it hard for buyers to find what they are looking for.
• Don't duplicate your listings with identical products.

      Before listing your product, sellers should make sure that the item they are listing is authentic. If a fake product is discovered listen on Daleelii.com, the product will be removed and the seller will be subjected to being permanently banned from selling on Daleelii.com. Sellers must have full knowledge of the product they list. If sellers are not sure about an item authenticity, then they shouldn't list it until certain.

• Don't select a category that doesn't match the product listed for sale.
• Don't select a specific category for a different product that is not allowed on Daleelii.com.
• Don't list a product outside of a category it doesn't belong to.

        List product titles clearly and accurately. The product title should help to identify an item. Being honest about what you are selling helps buyers to find exactly what they are looking for. Product titles should be clear to the buyer.

• Do not write unclear titles, i.e. 'Apple iPhone'. Be specific, e.g. 'Apple iPhone 5 (16GB, Black & Slate).
• Do not provide incorrect or inconsistent information in title. If you are selling a red shirt, the title cannot say "Adidas shirt size L - Shoes, Hat, Shorts."
• Do not mention item quantity in the title.
• Do not write personal statements in the title, e.g. "I use Apple products all the time".
• Do not make an offer or promotional statement in the product title.
• Do not put your contact information in the title.
• Do not misrepresent a product in the title.
• Do not use subscript, superscript, or other special characters in the listing title, product description, or in any other field.
• Symbols must be replaced by words that buyers can search for. Example: use "Copyright" instead of © and "degrees" instead of °.
• Do not provide Links and URL's in the title.

         Promote the product you want to sell with detailed information based on the product specifications and features. Provide complete and accurate details when describing the product you are selling. By providing clear and accurate details about your product, it significantly helps people make informed buying decisions. Buyers will get what they expect when they receive your product. Focus only on the product details in the description, not the promotional aspect.

   Please Note: Do not include promotional or contact information in the product description nor anywhere on the listing page.

• Promotional text can only be written in the Offer Note area on the product page. Do not put your contact information in the Offer Note.
• Don't provide your contact information in product descriptions.
• Don't put item quantity amount in the product description.
• If you are selling an iPhone 4S 16GB phone in black, then do not provide information for the iPhone 4S 32GB phone in white.
• If you are selling a video game controller, then do not provide product description for a video game console.
• Don't provide product descriptions that are similar to (but don't exactly match) the specific product you list.
• Don't provide Link's and URL's in product descriptions. 

      Don't confuse the product you're selling with another brand. This can confuse buyers and decreases your sales. A successful seller on Daleelii.com sells authentic brand name products and consistently sets competitive prices to persuade buyers to buy from them. Consistency by showcasing authentic brands at competitive prices, fast fulfillment time, and responsive to buyers earns sellers repeat customers.

• Don't misspelling brand names to get around the rules.
• Don't promote your other listings by naming brands in those other listings.
• Don't question the brand you're listing anywhere on the product page.
• Don't link to a brand or product at all.
• Don't provide URL's to any brand name .

        Content spamming is when people use words or details (such as brand names, product condition, model names, product styles, and product types) that have nothing to do with your products so that your listings show up in search engine results. It is ok to use synonyms to describe a product (e.g. you can call a handbag a purse).

     Please Note: All the words used in your listing must be accurate and must refer only to the specific product for sale.

• Don't provide descriptions that promote your products in other listings.
• Don't hide unrelated keywords in your listing by using tiny fonts, HTML, or JavaScript code.
• Don't use keywords in any part of a listing that are not related to the specific product you are selling.
• If you are selling an MP3 player, your listing description cannot have keywords such as "handbags, shoes, watches, mobile phones, tablets, etc.
• Don't place brand names or inappropriate keywords in a title or in a description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting buyers to another listing.

     Links and URL's are not allowed anywhere in your listing on Daleelii.com.

      As a seller, you are legally liable for your actions and transactions on daleelii.com. You must know the legal limitations surrounding any product you offer for sale. Before listing your product, you have to make sure it's allowed on our site. You also need to make sure that the sale of your product complies with all applicable laws in the country you live in.

   Restricted Product List

• Products that infringe upon an individual’s privacy, such as the sale of marketing lists and personal information and login details.
• Listings that redirect any customer from the daleelii site into any other sales channel.
• Government documents, identification, birth certificates, passports and licenses.
• Products intended to be used to produce an illegal product or undertake an illegal activity. 

• Don't use conflicting information by stating a product as "new" in the title and then mention it is a "used" product in the description.
• Don't use inconsistent details throughout your listing from titles, product specifications, shipping info, payment info, and so on.
• Don't use inconsistent or unclear terms and conditions.
• Don't use incorrect or incomplete information.
• Don't misrepresent the product for sale.
• Don't link content or provide URL's of any kind on Daleelii.com.

• Image size is not less than 600*600.
• Image size is not more than 2 mb.
• Don't provide horizontal facing images.
• Don't provide images with background color. Clear backgrounds only.
• Don't provide images that don't clearly show the product listed for sale.
• Don't provide images with watermarks and/or logos.
• Don't provide images with product code.
• Don't provide unrelated images in order to attract attention to your listing.
• Don't provide an image for a product that is not listed for sale.
• Don't display the wrong image for a specific brand.
• Don't provide an image of an authentic brand on replica products.
• Don't provide linked images.

      Price is the most important factor for buyers. Review similar products sold on daleelii.com in order to know what the average selling price is for a specific product to help you properly price your product. Pricing should be dictated by the marketplace price ranges and not necessarily at your preferred selling price. and the prices must be compatible.
